Eugene Adams was born in Lynwood, CA, a proud Morehouse graduate and California Community College system product raised in Compton, CA. Eugene comes to Umoja with over 20 years of experience working in over ten positions at an HBCU, a CSU campus, and various California community colleges. He is passionate about using innovation to increase student success, Guided Pathways outcomes, and Workforce Development initiatives. Eugene is ready and excited to support Region 5.
